What I've Learned
The applied studies program has taught me the difference between quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC): QA is performed to ensure quality in processes used to develop products, whereas QC focuses on identifying defects in the produced products. |

Quality assurance is very important when you are producing any type of product, it becomes increasingly important when the product will be used to demonstrate highly detailed equipment; as is the case within the Army Learning Support Centre (ALSC). At the ALSC quality control is performed by peers, mentors or subject matter experts through a review process, this ensures that models are accurate.
